Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the error is ours.

The body shaper is non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to its intimate nature as an undergarment. Be sure to measure your waist accurately to avoid sizing errors. The black/pink waist trainer is eligible for a 30-day return in new condition, provided it is in its original packaging.
